How to make Order?

A. Enquiries/Orders on our products can be made by email : tiramisuboutique@yahoo.com.sg. All doubts are to be cleared before order confirmation.
B. Additional charge of $3.00 for MRT staions. Arrangement for delivery to individual residential/office address can be arranged, additional charges will be further discussed through email.
C. Please indicate the Item Code (which is stated below the item's photo), Quantity, Colour of Items, Contact Number, Method of Delivery Preferred and Mailing Address in your email. We will contact you within 1 working day, unless we are outstation.
D. Full payment is to be received before product is collected/sent. Products are to be collected at our shop, Far East Plaza #03-70B or by postage.
E. For Postage Method of Delivery: all Singapore normal postage are FREE once purchase is more than S$80. S$2.20 is payable for all local REGISTERED mail. Payment method: POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC Bank Transfer.
F. Pay 50% of FULL Selling Price for Order of Dresses. Deposit amount is non-refundable but can be exchangeable due to size faulty.
G. Item(s) will be delivered within 3 working days in receipt of your payment. Else, it would be released back for sales due to overwhelming demand.
H. We will not be responsible for damaged parcels or non-registered parcels lost in the mail. No refunds/exchange of item(s) after payment has received.
I. SERIOUS BUYER ONLY Fraudulent buyers will be left with a negative feedback and blacklisted in our database.
